As a Nigerian expatriate mother and working professional, our founder experienced firsthand the challenge of finding childcare that truly understood her family's values, language and cultural identity — raising her daughter abroad, building a career, with no family support network nearby.
She also understood the pain of elderly parents far from home — people in care homes who feel culturally isolated, surrounded by people who don't speak their language or share their traditions and heritage.
NannyCare Connect was born from both of those lived experiences. Built not just as a business — but as a platform that gives every family dignity, connection and the care they truly deserve. Designed with multicultural and immigrant families at heart — and open to every family who values cultural connection, trust and personalised care.
